Antique Chival Bottle from Aberdeen by Royal Doulton - ever see one? - bottle crown measurements

Is there a collector of bottles, which can help me, please?
I have a bottle that had no success in finding information such as history, value and any other information you may have.
It is one of Royal Doulton porcelain bottle of Chivas Brothers Ltd., Aberdeen, Scotland produced. Stain green matte black. No color, except for letters and stamped on the bottom. The front is a lion with a crown and a picture of the horse ISH - both on its hind legs holding a shield decorated with three lions stacked on each other, a lion on its hind legs, three lions and a harp, in four sections (from left to right above). "God ETMON law" is written on a banner below the shield and the lion and the horse is standing over him. Place the small oval label.
The back has aPut a tag with a crown shaped. The top is a metal ring. It is about 8 cm high. He also says at the bottom: the Federal Republic proibita sale or reuse of this bottle. There is no date or the measurements.
